We would like to find some vacant commercial/industrial/warehouse space that we could use for two months to store materials and build booths, games, signs and other items.  Since Open Hands is a 501(c)(3) Organization, donating the use of such a space is tax deductible and would qualify for sponsorship recognition in print and at the fair.  Additional perks include free commemorative T-Shirts and fair passes.  <br>

What we are looking for is vacant commercial space that is for sale or lease.  A variety of spaces would work for us including a warehouse, retail space that has been gutted and/or new/refurbished space that hasn't been built-out yet.  I believe an ideal property would have 2 or more vacant spaces available.  That way you wouldn't be missing any leasing opportunities.  In my experience, activity and energy around a location is much more appealing to a potential buyer/occupant than having it sit vacant and idle.<br>
