I am looking for someone or preferably a couple to sublet my new home from the beginning of October of this year to the end of January of 2009. The home is brand new. In fact, it is still being built but will be done in August. It is located in the new and sustainable subdivision of La Pradera, which is close to the Santa Fe Community College and roughly 4 or 5 miles from the historic plaza. It is a two story home with the master bedroom and bath upstairs and it has excellent views of the mountains surrounding Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The place will be furnished and have a washer and dryer, as well. My mortgage is $1,300 per month but I am willing to negotiate a monthly payment if that seems too steep.
Our 1 bedroom/1 bath suite is spacious and can easily accommodate 2 guests with a queen sized bed. Off of the bedroom is a luxury bath with private whirlpool tub. The living area has a gas fireplace, sitting area and fully equipped kitchenette. The living area and kitchenette open to a cozy patio and courtyard.$95-$115/nt for 2 nights or more. The Studio Suite is a large room with a queen-sized bed that can accommodate up to two guests. You can cook light meals in the fully equipped kitchenette. There is a separate living area for relaxing and watching TV. The studio has a large, private custom bathroom and shared laundry room. $75-$90/nt for 2 nights or more. Weekly rate is $450. $ 900/monthly.

THE COMMONS SHARED: An awesome large kitchen with large eat in tiled Island. As a great dinningroom off to the side. A Warm & comfortable living room in which to watch a some television on on my large flat screen. You can park in the garage if you wish...( Newer car only)...Older cars tend to leave a bad gas & exaust smell...OH... it has a full washer & dryer as well!!

ALSO a wonderful AVAILABLE handyman who will take care of any possible house need that is my responsibility, at my expense---You may also call on him for your own needs, if any, and pay him.
