Our home is a 10 minute stroll to Peet's Coffee, Starbucks, Flavor of India, Noah's Bagels, Arizemendi Bakery, and all the other great Lakeshore Ave. shops -- including Trader Joe's. The Express Bus to San Francisco stops 4 houses from our front door, on the street that runs parallel to ours. We are 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco by car!!!

We also have a dog, Sage, who we would take with us on the swap. She's 8 years old and about 80 pounds. She has a super sweet temperment. She's a mutt with about 3/4 rottweiler. Sage is a real sweetheart: she has never shown any signs of aggression, is great around kids, people, and other dogs. She's spent time in cities before and adjusts fine. As for renting, she is incredibly well-behaved. She doesn't chew things and she doesn't bark much at all. We know the breed has a bad rap and wanted to bring it up in case you or the neighbors had any concerns.
