The landlady takes first last and security then harasses you as soon as you move in so that you leave. She then keeps your security deposit. You will have NO PEACE while you live there. She will constantly be on your property and in your windows doing “repairs” that never end. She’s been running this scam for YEARS. She acts like a sweet lil old lady at first then turns on you after you’ve giver her $$ and are moved in. DO NOT DO IT. Her name is Kathleen E. Watson. She has a lengthy record of evictions that go back 20 years. She will evict you for no reason so that she can keep your security deposit. Moving there and moving will cost you thousands of dollars. She is a menace to society. See pics. She is a pathological liar and a sociopath.
