This handy little spinning wheel was made by Heavenly Hand Spinning. It is a Vespera Oak generation 2 w/ irish tension and hand controller (no foot pedal). comes with an extra drive band, threading hook and instructions. This wheel is no longer in production but you can find parts online. $150
