Dream Tiny House on wheels
Off grid and ready to live in! No need for power or water hook ups.
Fill up the fuel, water, and propane tank and you’re good to park it and live wherever your heart takes you!
Or park it in on your property and make passive income renting it as an airbnb!

All about the Bus!
It is a 2003 Ford E450
-7.3l Powerstroke Diesel Engine (Million Mile Engine)
-Currently has 223k Miles, up until 200k Miles it was owned and maintained by Highlands University in New Mexico. Under the hood says the engine was replaced 50k miles ago but no way to tell for sure. Either way folks say 200k miles is just breaking in this engine. Still has tons of life on it. Starts up and runs beautifully!
-New Main Battery, second battery is about 2 years old.
-Brakes are about a year old.
-Tires are in good condition.
-55 gallon fuel tank (gets about 12-14 mpg)
-Halo view rear view camera
-Heavy duty hitch system.
-Optional Blue Ox Tow Kit with Brake Buddy if interested. ($2000 value)
-Optional 2013 Chevy Sonic with Tow system installed in bumper. (Inquire if interested)

The Bad
-No A/C in the front dash. It may just need recharged but I ended up just putting in the 12v air-condition that can be aimed to the front cab and works great on hot road trips.
-Exterior body on driver side has a small dent in the lower section to the right of the water heater(see in photos) that happened before I purchased the bus and doesn’t effect the structure of the bus.
-one of the rear driver side window was removed and patched. Has held up good for the last 3 years.

I am open to offers or even trades for something of similar value. Willing to deliver for a deposit fee. Current asking price is $49,5,000. Thank you for looking!
