I have a District 4 Equipped for sale that is, in my opinion, in great condition. I bought it new in October of '23 from Trek bicycle store on Menaul in Albuquerque. It is size L which, according to Trek's website, will fit anyone with an inseam from 32" to 35". I am 5'11", and it is a size large, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone smaller than that.
What you get with this bike:
• Handlebar bell
• MIK rear rack
• Fenders
• Hydraulic disk brakes
• Ortlieb waterproof bags
• 3 bottle racks
• Belt drive, maintenance free, grease free, won't stain your clothes
• Front dynamo hub that powers a working headlight and a tail light
• Shimano Alfine gear hub. Allows you to switch to any gear at a dead stop and while riding
• Kickstand near the rear wheel that keeps the bike upright even with heavy laden bags
• Foam tire inserts
I bought this bike to be a maintenance free commuter, and it fills that purpose well, but since switching jobs it can't really fit that role for me now. For anyone who works or goes to school and doesn't want to bother with maintenance , this would be a great option.
