- exquisite black satin Koret handbag with accessories circa 1940's to 1950's
- very detailed frame front in gold tone metal in floral leaf patterns set with faceted stones which appear to be marcasite
- rear frame is satin
- gold tone clasp lifts to open/close
- double satin handle is secured with satin loops & anchors to the back frame with gold tone "O" rings
- satin front/back are pleated
- inside of the bag is lined in black satin
- features the designer name/logo in gold
- 1 open pocket lined in gold colored satin
- holds the original double-sided beveled mirror in a removable black satin pouch
- 1 side of the mirror reflects actual size while the reverse is slightly magnified
- also an attached small black satin coin purse on a delicate gold tone chain with a gold tone kiss closure
- coin purse is stamped on one side in gold with the designer name gazelle logo

- width at widest across front is 9"
- height is 7 3/4" from frame top
- jeweled front frame is 6" by 1"
- handle drop is about 5 1/2"
Condition: This is in very good vintage condition. All hardware is original and works well. There is a bit of patina to the gold tone surfaces. There is no discoloration, stains or tears to any fabric. There are no missing stones that I can see. There is a bit of rubbing to the "Koret" name and logo on the inside of the bag. The mirror has a bit of yellowing and some wear/tiny chipping to the corners. The handles are secure and have no damage.
