Unique handmade nostalgia box for correspondence, jewelry, photographs or small trinkets & keepsakes. It's constructed of repurposed materials from the late 1800s to the 1940s including wood, decals, note cards & fabric. Very romantic and girlie :)

It's a bright marbleized blue (which has a turquoise hue) with painted gold stars & attached gold swirl wood details. It features a slanted with hinged top & is lined in vintage Barkcloth in a very 1940's floral design. This was purchased in Central Florida at craft show and is artist signed and dated" Leslie 1996".

Condition is very good. It is solidly built & definitely not flimsy. The colors are bright, the hinges work well and all adornments are securely attached. There are some irregularities in the wood which were there when it was created.
