Routes Bicycles is currently seeking a Bicycle Rental & Retail Specialist to join our team in Santa Fe. As part of our crew, you’ll help customers gear up for their adventures, keep the shop running smoothly, and share your love for cycling with visitors from all over the world.
✅ Assist customers with bike rentals, retail purchases, prep for their bike tours, and local recommendations
✅ Perform minor bike maintenance (fix flats, adjust seats/gears – we’ll train!)
✅ Process transactions and use booking software to manage rentals/tours
✅ Keep the shop organized & welcoming for guests
✅ Be a local expert – help visitors discover the best of Santa Fe!
**What We're Looking For**
🔹 Customer service rockstar – Friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented
🔹 Passionate about cycling & the outdoors – Knowledge of bike gear is a plus!
🔹 Retail or hospitality experience – Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, & retail sales
🔹 Organized & Reliable – Ability to multitask and be self-directed
🔹 Ability to lift bikes, ride bikes, and work in a fast-paced setting
🔹 Weekend & some holiday availability required; weekday availability a plus!
