For sale I have a legendary Subaru Baja

After the discontinuation of the Subaru BRAT in 1994, Subaru enthusiasts were left yearning for a replacement.

Lo and behold: The Subaru Baja

Made only from 2003-2006, these cars are getting increasingly rare

Useful enough for when your dryer goes out and you need to pick up a new one, but not too useful to where all your friends ask you to help them move.

Let’s move onto the car.
This is the non turbo (reliable) low maintenance variant, with cloth interior which is great for New Mexico so you don’t burn yourself.
Clean New Mexico title
208,695 on the odometer
ZERO RUST
AWD all wheel drive

The superficial stuff:
New headlights
New fog lights
17” Rims off a newer outback
New Michelin X ice tires
All weather floor mats
Radio from a 05 forester

The internal stuff:
New CV axle shafts
New front ball joints
New radiator
New upgraded MLS (multi layer steel) headgaskets
Heads resurfaced
New timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and idlers (Aisin high quality kit)
Engine resealed (front and rear main seals, valve cover gaskets, spark plug tube seals, etc)
New thermostat
New spark plugs
New coolant
New oil
New front and rear brakes

The bad:
Paint isn’t the best, got some fading on top, and rock chips on the hood.
Rear bumpers definitely hit some things
3 of the radio buttons are loose but work fine

This is the perfect little utilitarian cruiser. I put a set of rims in the back, freaking, epic.

Price is 9800$ open to reasonable offers
