Job Description:
Super Hero Inspections is expanding and seeking reliable field inspectors to complete property inspections across Northern New Mexico.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and consistent volume available.
Responsibilities:
Complete exterior and/or interior property inspections
Take clear photos and submit reports via mobile app
Meet turnaround times (typically within 5 days)
Coverage Areas Needed:
Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, Taos, San Miguel, Colfax, Union, and surrounding areas
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone or tablet
Ability to travel within assigned coverage area
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage and complete routes efficiently
Compensation:
Paid per inspection (higher volume available in certain areas)

Additional incentives may be available for rural route coverage and high-volume capacity. This role is ideal for someone already located in Northern New Mexico or familiar with rural travel between counties.
