We're looking for our next great leader.
Back Road Pizza isn't just another restaurant.
For 23 years we've been a neighborhood gathering place where families celebrate birthdays, first dates turn into regulars, kids grow up eating Cutie Pies, and our staff genuinely enjoys coming to work. We're proudly independent, locally owned, female and queer owned, and we've built our reputation one pizza—and one relationship—at a time.
We're looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to help lead that culture.
This isn't a "babysit the shift" management job.
You'll be our GM's right hand and an essential part of leading the shop. Some days you'll be making pizzas. Some days you'll be helping a guest or resolving issue. Some days you'll be coaching a team member through a challenge.
Most days, you'll be doing all three.

-Food Safety Manager and Alcohol Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
What we offer
Earn up to $51,500 in your first year
$47,500 guaranteed annual salary
Up to $4,000 annual performance bonus based on leadership, guest experience, team development, and restaurant performance
