Guests travel from across the country to experience our farm-inspired cuisine, specialty cocktails, and elevated yet lively atmosphere. We are a high-volume, high-standards operation, and we value bartenders who thrive in both.
Ideal candidates bring:
• 5+ years professional bartending experience
• Strong whiskey, wine, and spirits knowledge
• A commitment to cleanliness, organization, and consistency
• Natural leadership and strong teamwork skills
• Exceptional attention to detail in both service and presentation
• The ability to build genuine rapport with guests
• A creative mindset with interest in contributing new cocktail ideas
