Compensation: Hourly/Plus Tips

We are currently looking for a Captain to join our stellar team. We are excited to find the right fit for our exceptional team!
A potential candidate for the position will possess the following:
*Articulate special dietary requests, allergies, and other specific needs with professionalism and accuracy
*Attention to detail
*Capability to display cleanliness and organization
*Eagerness to maintain the Geronimo standard
*Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to required dress code and looking presentable at all times
*Oversee the process of billing and payment, ensuring that checks are accurate and that guests are treated with courtesy and efficiency during checkout
* Provide a high caliber of dinner service to our guests
*Previous fine dinning experience
* Possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with fellow teammates
*Perform with grace under pressure
*Physical Stamina: Ability to remain on feet for long periods, carry trays, and move efficiently through the restaurant during peak service times
*Strive to work cohesively within a team dynamic
* Willingness to learn all components of the menu and develop a solid basis of wine knowledge
