We are a fine dinning establishment looking for a professional chef who has basic kitchen fundamentals to run the kitchen and it's day to day requirements.
We have been serving our version of seasonally locally influenced cuisine for over 30 years and have developed a loyal local clientele.
As acting chef/owner I am looking for someone to work with and train to manage and oversee the daily prep and service five days a week. We are closed on Sunday & Monday.
