Heya, I've got a 18' x 8.5' tiny house ($18,000) on a quality trailer ready to be sold and moved (This does Not include the lot and studio in the pict, which has sold separately!). It's in Taos County, NM It's got a tiny wood burning stove, propane gas heater/electric heater and solar power that runs a mini fridge and most other basic electronics. The water lines can be hooked into a hose or cistern w/pump. I also have a hot water heater that can be hooked up. It's got like a Japanese style mini tub or sitting shower, kitchen basic (burners). The couch pulls out to sleep two (if you have extra padding) and the upper loft is very comfortable sleeping. It's an artsy rustic build, lots of character, very cute! Surpringly spacious. Some minor fixes needed, but nothing major! This is a GREat deal for someone looking to have a comfortable living situation off grid very quick and cheap.
