I built this coop and run a few years ago but have since moved the chickens up to the barn. The run has 2 gates and has wire all around buried so it was predator proof. I added the top wire extension for the flighty ones. The coop has a human door and 3 smaller animal doors as well as some electrical run through it. There is a brown canvas that came off in the wind recently but is mostly intact and will be included. The posts are mostly in foam so easier to dig out. The coop measures approximately 16'x15'x7.5'h and the run 22'x40'. Easily fits 20 chickens humanely. You disassemble and haul away. Materials included: 4x4 posts, 2x4s, plywood, metal roofing sheets, etc. NOT INCLUDED: Yard hydrant, tree, exterior electrical box, items under the hoop. Negotiable on price.
