Artist seeks sanctuary privately supported residency (Taos)

Perhaps some sort of privately supported artist residency, possible work/trade with compensation. Perhaps a situation where a late-aged retired artist has a studio, and would like to see it brought to life by another artist. Maybe an opportunity to live on a small rez village doing art sessions with kids. Maybe living on a wool farm or a homestead. Maybe a gallerist or art broker looking to team up with an artist on some new ideas outside the market of the things. Not sure where and what it looks like. Looking for something long-term.
I've been doing art for a living for over a decade now. Maturity and relationships has got me shifting, desiring more community, reciprocity, love and kindness; as well greater connection to land seems to be the direction.
I am a skilled human, cultured, self-realized, healthy, basic goodness, living in my heart. Living that I AM vibe. Aware, preventative maintenance type.
Love being outside, amateur gardener (seed to fruition), building, cheffing. I spent many years in kitchens and classically trained, yet find most value cooking vegetarian, baking and making tinctures of sorts. Plus I love learning about local environment medicinals.
I am a social creature, but value autonomy, privacy. High Trust. Sober, natural, clear minded. I enjoy a laugh, and a drink here and there. Love music. Enjoy a good poker game from time to time. I avoid social media, gossip and complaining.
