Holistic Practitioner looking for sanctuary home on land (Santa Fe)

I’m a responsible, locally employed, long term renter looking for a home. I’m looking for something on the outskirts of town, because I need to feel connected to our beautiful desert landscape. I’d love to find something with at least 700 square feet, with a full kitchen & w/d.
Areas that I like are Las Campanas, Tesuque, Cañada, Cañoncito, Eldorado, Sunlit Hills, Seton Village, etc… anywhere that there’s open space.
My budget is $1800/month for living expenses with everything included & I have a cat.
