Hello, I’m looking for a studio, large bedroom, or 1-3 bedroom rental. I’m open to Los Alamos/White Rock Espanola, Pojoaque, or Santa Fe. I have two well behaved children and have recently left a very bad relationship. I’m not currently working but have court ordered child support coming in weekly so I do have that income. I’m in the process of getting a new job but it has made it very difficult finding an apartment without recent income history other than the child support. I’m open to any options or information that would give me and my children a safe place to stay while I’m getting back on my feet. Preferably 1 year lease agreement.
I was employed as a caregiver for 8 years and have a reference for past rental history. I do not do drugs or smoke and have no pets. If you’d like any more information or have any questions I’d be happy to answer.
