Looking for 1br/1ba for long term lease anywhere around espanola where aged mom lives. Looking within 50 miles or so. Disabled us vet on ssdi. Reliable monthly income. Have indoor only companion cat. So well behaved. Currently in 3000 sqft home with rent going from 1200 to 1900 and is out of my budget when utilities are well over 600/mo.
