I’m currently living and working in Santa Fe and am looking for a new furnished room, casita, or guesthouse within the next couple of months.

* Quiet lifestyle, clean and organized

* Creative professional (music / writing), mostly headphones-based
* Financially stable and able to provide references if needed
* Looking for a calm, emotionally steady home environment

* Furnished room, guesthouse, or casita
* Utilities included preferred
* Access to kitchen and laundry
* Quiet, respectful household
* Open to Santa Fe and nearby areas including Eldorado, Tesuque, Agua Fria, and surrounding communities

Approximately $800–1,000/month, depending on the setup
Timing:
Flexible over the next 1–2 months. I’m hoping to find a smooth, stable arrangement rather than rushing into something temporary or chaotic.
