We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Cabinet Installer. This is a full-time position designed for someone who wants to jump straight into a hands-on career in high-end cabinetry and finish carpentry.
No prior experience in cabinet installation is required—we will provide the tools, the mentorship, and the training. If you have a strong work ethic and a "measure twice, cut once" mindset, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do
Under the guidance of a Lead Installer, you will learn the art of professional installation from start to finish:
• Loading & Prep: Safely transport cabinetry and materials from our shop to residential and commercial job sites.
• Leveling & Mounting: Learn to scribe, level, and securely fasten base and wall cabinets.
• Hardware & Trim: Install crown molding, toe kicks, decorative trim, and high-end hardware (knobs, pulls, hinges).
• Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while interacting professionally with homeowners and contractors.
The Ideal Candidate
• Mechanically Inclined: You enjoy working with your hands and have a basic comfort level with power tools (drills, saws, levels).
• Detail Obsessed: You notice the small things—a 1/16" gap matters to you.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift and maneuver heavy cabinet units (50+ lbs) and spend the day on your feet.
• Reliable: You show up on time, every time, with a valid driver’s license and a positive attitude.
Why Join Our Team?
• Paid Skill Development: Get paid to learn a specialized trade with long-term career growth.
• Stable Work: Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime available.
• Competitive Starting Pay: $18–$22/hour (depending on basic tool knowledge) with scheduled raises as your skills increase.
