Person to be THE on site skilled labor.
This job in for someone who is willing to WORK in all conditions.
This JOB is for 5 days per week, and sometimes on Saturday if you want the extra work.
You will need to be organized and familiar with tools and construction.
You WILL get dirty, you WILL get blisters and bumps, but you'll be appreciated and rewarded with pay.
You WILL do cleaning, digging, organizing, running, coordinating, thinking, lifting, moving, fetching over and over and over.
You will need to work well with and for others, and have a thick skin. If you're sensitive and angry---THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.

MUST HAVE A CAR TO GET TO WORK---DUH---no exceptions!
