The Pecos Trail Inn, a family-owned motel in Santa Fe, needs someone to help with property maintenance. The job includes:
-Maintaining and cleaning the outside of the property including windows, sidewalks, etc
-Minor in-room repairs
-Plumbing maintenance in the rooms. You should know how to repair a toilet and replace a p-trap
-Assisting with landscaping as needed.
-Assisting with maintaining the pool as needed
-Other tasks as needed
The job is for 20 or more hours per week. There is an opportunity for more for good candidates. Pay is $19 to start. Good candidates can earn more after probationary period.
