Truck stolen! Missing beige cattle dog with black spots on back (Santa Fe)

Thursday PM 3/5 my friend Sean Williams' truck was stolen from an Allsups in Las Vegas New Mexico.The truck has been recovered in Albuquerque New Mexico, but heartbreakingly, his dogs are gone, they were in the truck when it was stolen.
******The older cockerspaniel was recovered in Santa Fe yesterday near petsmart on Zafarano.
The younger cattle dog is still missing. She is pictured below! She was also dumped by the person who stole the truck in this area!*******
Both dogs are microchipped and fit the following descriptions:
Natasha- 13 yrs old female cocker spaniel, blonde, very furry, deaf, & partially blind. (FOUND) ****
Willow- 1.5 yrs Australian Cattle dog (Heeler), tan and white with black spots. (still missing)***
