Hello - I need a Level 5 Drywaller/Painter to help with a house flip in Santa Fe. The walls have Level 5 smooth wall, and therefore, I need someone that has lots of experience with Level 5 Drywall/Painting. I am already trying to clean up the mess left behind from my General Contractor's hacks that did the initial work. I need to repaint some of the walls in the same color and clean up the lines. There is a little bit of touch up needed, probably a new coat of primer, and then a new coat of paint. In addition, the paint/caulk lines between the walls and the 1) wood floors, 2) tile floors, 3) window trim, and 4) Schluter need to be cleaned up. I have been flipping houses, so I am looking for a Craigslist Deal. If all works out, there are long term possibilities. Please email me your experience and daily rate for 8 hours of work.
