Urbanna Landscaping is growing, and we're looking a dynamic Key Salesperson-someone who is incredible with people--and we mean it. The key qualifications for this dynamic position are that you have a lot of sales experience with discerning clientele, that you have experience in the luxury market and you love talking to people, you are incredible interacting with people and are goal oriented. Landscaping experience is unnecessary. It is also helpful to be detail-oriented, able to think on your feet, have lots of ability to receive input from your prospects and are able to work with the owner to develop, nurture and convert leads into clients. If this is you, we are eager to have you join our team immediately. This role can be remote, and is a part-time opportunity to make a real impact on the quality of life for people who want fantastic gardens—with flexible hours and meaningful work that brings beauty into the world.
You'll need a computer and experience with contact management apps such as Hubspot or the ability to learn to use this with some velocity.
🌿 More About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—answering inquiries, connecting with leads, setting up consultations, and following up after meetings. You’re not here to “sell” anything—your job is to listen, enroll, and help people step into the vision they already have for their landscape (or discover it with you!). If you are incredible with people and can sell as a result of being incredible with people, then this role is for you.
✨ What You’ll Do
Manage incoming leads from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and referrals
Set up and schedule client consultations
Follow up with clients after their consultation and guide them toward the next step
Log your daily activity via spreadsheets and Hubspot.
Keep the owner (Tara) in the loop via email and check-ins
Discuss key leads with the owner daily and as needed.
And take initiative to move the sales cycle forward.
Enjoy and be engaged with sales, engagement and
Assist with quarterly mailing list compilation and organization.
Occasionally attend team meetings and check in on project progress
Be a sounding board and support for the owner when needed
📈 What Success Looks Like
Booking 5–8 consults/week in winter; 15 in summer (with ramp-up time)
High-value conversations that build trust and lead to signed contracts
Solid communication with the team and clients

💵 Pay & Perks
$45 per hour
Flexible hours (typically between 8–11 am or 9–12 pm; up to 4 hrs/day in busy times)
Performance bonuses for outstanding results
Remote/work-from-home setup is an option.
