Part-Time Social Media Manager (Hybrid Position) — Amanda’s Flowers
Amanda’s Flowers is a community-driven floral studio based in Santa Fe, NM. We specialize in everyday designs, and luxury events and weddings.
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who can step into our world, capture what we do, and turn it into content that feels refined, engaging, and true to our brand.
This is not a remote-only role. You’ll need to be in the shop 1-2 days a week to capture content as it happens.
What You’ll Do
- Capture photo + video content in-shop (design process, finished pieces, behind-the-scenes)
- Create and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
- Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity
- Write captions that feel natural, elevated, and aligned with our voice
- Engage with our audience (DMs, comments, local businesses)
- Collaborate directly with the owner to execute creative direction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong visual eye
- Experience creating content for social media
- Strong copywriting skills
- Continuously identifies and adapts to evolving social media trends
- Ability to move quickly and capture moments as they happen
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Organized, reliable, and takes initiative
- Open to feedback and refining the brand over time
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with floral, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
- Understand storytelling through content (not just posting pretty photos)
