Santa Fe Dry Goods is looking for a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our Inventory team. We are interested in people with unique backgrounds who are interested in craft, fashion, and creative communities worldwide. The ideal candidate is flexible, personable, and enjoys working with a team that is driven to improve the client experience. Curiosity about the world and others is highly valued.

Responsibilities:
-Understand the process for buying and receiving fashion from Europe and Asia
-Handling the receiving of merchandise; unpacking, sensoring, steaming, hanging
-Inputing date into detailed purchase orders, maintaining and updating inventory
-Pricing merchandise and calculating global currency conversion with a formula
-Titling and physically tagging garments/accessories/jewelry
-Reporting any inventory errors or issues to management
-Scanning inventory bi-annually to keep current online stock accurate


Requirements:
-A passion for textiles or design essential
-Some knowledge of clothing, fabrics, silhouettes
-Experience working with numbers or good innate math skills
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to think critically
-An ability to be flexible/shift gears and work in a fast paced environment
-Sincerity, a willingness to help others and to engage the business is very important
