If you're looking, you probably know this is a highly regarded studio monitoring solution, seemlessly controlling analog and digital sources for monitoring both speakers and headphones.
There are three digital inputs and three analog inputs, all selectable from the remote. A separate level adjustment allows for a matching gain if one input plays louder the another. There are three analog outputs, selectable, so one can select main monitors, or two different aux monitor set ups. Metering, mono, phase, dim and mute are available on the remote.
In addition to the superb Class A analog electronics, the Avocet has an outstanding, reference quality Digital to Analog converter handling sampling rates up 192k.
There are many more features that I'm not listing to keep this post shorter.
Included is the controller, remote, connecting cable and an additional aux out cable.
Why am I selling below market value?
1. Other Online services charge a 15-20% commission. Add that to the expense of double boxing and insured shipping, and the problems of remote purchasers. The cost would be in the going price range. The buyer gets a great deal and I don't have the shipping hassle.
2. I no longer use it as its well suited for a recording studio but my needs are now different.
Do some research and you will discover that this item is very well respected and is priced far below market value.
