Española Pathways Shelter is a nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness through shelter, essential services, case management, and housing support. We are seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and strengthen internal operations. This position plays a key role in keeping our organization compliant, organized, and running efficiently - directly supporting services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 - onsite at the Espanola Pathways Shelter
Requirements:
- Experience with non-profits
- Experience with grants, compliance, audits, homelessness, addictions or recovery is a huge plus
- 1+ years similar experience
- Strong organizational/planning skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Chat GPT, Zoom, Google Meet & Google Docs
- Ability to handle confidential information
