My beautiful office in the Calle Medico area of Santa Fe is available for sublet :-)
This spacious, quiet, corner office with beautiful views is an ideal space for therapists and medical practitioners. The space is furnished with a therapist chair, patient/client couch, exam/treatment table and desk. The office is part of a larger suite with shared a waiting room, water/tea station and two restrooms. The practitioners in the other offices within the suite are kind, friendly, professional folx~ three medical doctors, a clinical social worker, and a bodyworker, co-creating a peaceful vibe and welcoming space.
All days of the week are currently available other than Mondays. Rent is $200/day for the entire month (for example: all Wednesdays in the month for $200), with a refundable security deposit.
I am a Naturopathic Doctor and have put a lot of love and care into the space and would love to share it with other aligned health care practitioners. Please reach out if you are interested and share a bit about yourself, your practice and your interest in the space.
