Two artists in search of industrial space to use as a shared studio. One woodworker, one ceramicist.
Space needs running water, electrical and internet capability.
No longer than 6 month lease, ideally month-to-month. Willing to work-trade. We do minor landscaping and building maintenance in return for reduced rent.
