I have a room available for rent in Casa Solana in a shared home. About 5 minutes from downtown and just around the corner from The Co-op/Betterday, Santa Fe Spa Gym is just up the hill. Great access to Hwy. 285 for people working at LANL. I've been here since late 2018 and love calling this place home :)
I keep a cozy, relaxed, fun, and inviting living space - being respectful of and contributing to that is important. Schedule wise I work from home sometimes but am mostly out of the house during the day.
There is currently 1 cat housemate that is very social.
Utility bills are equally split and average for Santa Fe, fast internet.
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Washer, dryer and an attached garage storage space. Cozy fireplace in the living room when it's chilly outside, wood flooring throughout the house. No A/C but I have a large swamp cooler. Spacious back yard with a covered patio, room for gardening, and a large apricot tree. You would have your own bathroom that is available to house guests. Driveway spot available as well as additional street parking.
