Need creative-live-work space half the week (Santa Fe)

Hi friends, I am looking for a room or place to rent 3 nights/week in town, budget around $400. I am moving outside of town, but work in Santa Fe half the week.
I'd love to find a creative/art/music-oriented environment, with a place I could see clients for energy healing sessions and host small gatherings for learning and support on the journey. And music!
