Rent is, $1200/mo which is a reduced price because we ask that you care for our cat. Utilities not included. Security Deposit $1000.
Our cat's needs are pretty minimal (more details below), mostly she just needs socialization! Please no additional pets.
June 3rd - August 2nd (if you would like to arrive later or leave earlier we could discuss, but we would like someone who can stay for almost, if not the full, two months).
We are traveling for the summer. We hope we can find someone who would enjoy the affordable rent and likes cats, so that this is a win-win situation.
Home Details:
We will leave all of our things at the home, but will clear out closet/dresser/bathroom space so you have a place to store your things.
3 bedroom (one bedroom will have a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom is a workout room/storage.)
2 full baths, the hallway bathroom has a tub.
The kitchen is stocked with all the applicances that you could need. There is a dishwasher.
Washer and Dryer.
Central AC.
Backyard.
Parking in driveway.
Walk 1 minute to the River Trail (15 min bike ride to Railyard/Farmer's Market, 20 min bike ride to Plaza).
Cat Care Details:
Our cat is a sweet six year old indoor cat. She has an automatic feeder and water fountain. The only daily cat chore is to scoop her litter box. Otherwise, she would love to sit with you on the couch and if you played with her using her toys for a couple minutes each day. She loves people and socialization, so this rental would be ideal for someone who will be home for at least a couple of hours each day. If you go out of town for a day or two, that would be OK, you would just need to give us 2 weeks advanced notice so that we could arrange for a cat sitter.
If you are coming from out of town for the summer, we could meet over Zoom.
You'll enjoy mountain views out the window, and lovely light at any time of day. The River Trail (a paved bike path) steps away, and arroyos to explore across the street. It's less than a 5 min drive to the Food Coop, coffee, and restaurants in Solana Center. Less than 10 min drive to the Railyard or Plaza.
