We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead projects from concept to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Position Overview
The Construction Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations on custom home builds and upscale remodeling projects. This role requires a highly organized, tech-savvy professional with strong construction expertise and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise all on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects
-Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards
-Interpret plans, specifications, and design details with precision
-Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members
-Enforce safety standards and compliance with local building codes
-Utilize construction management software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation
-Problem-solve proactively to keep projects moving smoothly
Qualifications
-Proven experience in residential construction, with a focus on custom or luxury homes
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
-Highly computer savvy (experience with project management software required)
-Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
-Excellent organizational and communication abilities
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
