Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a licensed Residential Plumbing Technician for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with a well‑established residential plumbing company in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role is ideal for a Journeyman‑level plumber experienced in residential service work who is comfortable working independently inside customers’ homes.

Position: Residential Plumbing Technician (Journeyman)
Job Type: Temp‑to‑Hire
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $40–$45/hour
Work Environment: Residential homes
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
- Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing system issues
- Install and service fixtures, water heaters, and water treatment systems
- Perform water and sewage system repairs and upgrades
- Complete service calls independently within Santa Fe and surrounding areas
- Maintain professional conduct while working in customers’ homes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Journeyman Plumber License with knowledge of UPC codes applicable to New Mexico
- Proven residential plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with fixtures, water heaters, and residential plumbing systems
- Reliable, professional, and customer‑service oriented
- Willingness to relocate to Santa Fe, NM or live within 30 miles
- Tools & PPE
Company provides a service truck and major tools
Candidate must provide own hand tools and tool belt
