I have a "very proudly renewed" ( top-to-bottom) 2019 Home-Built 6ft. 4" x 14ft. Utility Trailer in "fantastic condition". It has the A-Frame "full-wrap" Tongue for extra Stability with heavy loads. It goes with Bill-Of-Sale( Home-Built), a bi-fold heavy duty Ramp Gate, a passenger side drop-down Ramp for fork-lift or ATV loading,a Welded heavy duty Spare Tire Rack on front center of frame, a "new" 1500 lb. Haul-Master Jack, Chains, LED Lights with the 4-prong connector, Running Lights, Reflector Decals, and a 2" ball. It has a 3500 lb. Axle with 225/75R15 Tires and 15" 5-bolt Rims for the heavy loads and the bearings are good. The older Wood Deck was removed and replaced with pressure-treated 2" x 8" x 14ft. Deck Boards that were treated two times with water-proof Stain. The entire Frame(top-and-bottom) has been "freshly repainted" and the Tires and Rims were removed, cleaned and repainted.
