I've put a good amount of work into this. It came in pretty good shape. I re wired and re plumbed, repainted, put in new sinks and toilet, I opted not to use the propane line but I did try out the heater and stove and they worked great. A/C is original and cranks out good cold air, sometimes too cold. The 2 electric heaters have thermostats and they really heat up the space well with minimal electric usage.
Clean title, 2 previous owners
NEW: tires with no milage, electric heaters, electric wiring, 30 gallon water heater/tank, pex plumbing, Galanz fridge freezer, toilet, couch and lighting
Comes with:
Over 200' of 30 amp electric cord, adapters, new 20' septic hose

Great working A/C and heater!
Primed for buffing, windows need tlc, have parts.
I have not taken this on the road, it has been gently lived in for 1.5 years
