The tipi accommodates 2 people for $99/night ($109 on weekend), we could also accommodate a couple children on cots or sleeping mats for $10/pp, plus tax and a one time cleaning fee of $55. Weekly rates are available by inquiry. We require a two night minimum stay. Dogs are welcome. Please no cats. The tipi is non-smoking.

The tipi is facing East which overlooks our organic goji berry farm in addition to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the West. The tipi is equipped with a queen size bed, table and chairs, board games, eco-friendly toiletries, and you will have access to shared bathrooms, laundry room and showers, in addition to the sauna. As a guest, you will be granted access to 40 acres of walking paths and quiet spots on the farm as well as thousands more in neighboring the National Forest! Fresh organic eggs and veggies are available seasonally. All accommodations are cleaned with biodegradable cleaning products, mostly vinegar, and fragrance-free detergents are used on the linens. Drinking water comes from our deep wells. Our dwellings and farm are now powered by solar energy. Perfectly inbetween, we are 11 miles from Taos, 20 miles to Taos Ski Valley and 20 miles to Red River Ski Area.

We do have a small farm cafe, generally opening on Memorial Day and closing on Labor Day. We also serve pastries, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, yoghurt, berries and fritata for a suggested donation. We also offer a farm breakfast at 8am and a farm lunch at 1:30 am with out wwoofers (willing workers on organic farms) for an extra fee. Please give us 24 hours notice.

This tipi is located at Taos Goji Eco Lodge, a 40 acre goji berry farm 10 miles north of Taos, NM. This historic property once housed Alduous Huxley and other notorieties in the same cabins that are now for rent. It remains a quiet, rustic getaway from modern life. Ten cabins and two tipis are spread throughout the property, which contains a seasonal stream, two ponds, many cottonwood, pine, aspen trees, four acres of goji plants, seasonal vegetable gardens, a greenhouse, fruit trees, a children's playground, flower gardens, chickens, alpacas and goats, an open barn, and a host of quiet walking areas. Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, we are surrounded by the Kit Carson National Forest, which offers plenty of walking trails and options of snow shoeing or cross country skiing.

We are located in the countryside, which means lots of quiet and starry nights. Cell reception is limited, and sometimes requires a walk down the road. Wifi is provided throughout the property, but can be spotty during rain and snow storms. We are not a hotel. There is no front office or permanent lodge staff. These are clean, rustic country accommodations, a perfect place for folks who need a break from the bustle of civilization, or to bring your children to appreciate the wandering chickens and creeks. Don't panic, Taos is only 15 minutes away!
