Cozy clean new guest studio in historic neighborhood on quiet dirt road with no outlet, next to large property along the SF River/arroyo. Neighbors include a horse, sheep, goats and a few others! Epic sunsets in a rural setting in the heart of the city. 2 miles from Downtown,18 miles to Ski Basin-1 block from park and bike/walking path, trails and city bus stop Restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, grocery stores, gas stations within 1 mile. VERY special location - hawks, bunnies, coyotes, quails. Open space with neighbor houses very spaced out. Desert and Mountain Views.
This space is super charming and small and built on to a bigger house but COMPLETELY private with private entrance, 1 room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower, comfortably provides all your needs. I set this space up so Santa Fe could have an affordable short-term option. There are 2 other rentals adjacent to your space so I ask guests to be mindful of their noise since you will hear each other at times. Fenced yard shared with one other guest but with separate private spaces. Kitchenette includes hot plate, toaster oven, and coffee maker. There is a shared laundry room that is left for you to use on Saturdays. Unit has no air-conditioning like many houses in Santa Fe. A fan is provided. The evenings are always nice and cool. Parking is right next to gate for easy access. Very quiet location if you are looking for a rural getaway, yet right in the heart of the city.
This is very small but will meet all of your needs-perfect for a student, traveling nurse, temporary getaway or long-term for the die-hard minimalist with few belongings that enjoys eating out or very simple cooking. Excited to provide a sweet space for the right person so hopefully that’s one of you!
